Notice of 2025/26 AGM
Waikato Thoroughbred Racing

The Annual General Meeting of Waikato Thoroughbred Racing Incorporated will be held in the Kentucky Lounge, Te Rapa Racecourse on Monday 16 November 2026 at 5.30pm.

In line with clause 18.6 of the constitution any notices of motion must be in the hands of the CEO 4 weeks prior which is Monday 19 October 2026 5.30pm.

Information packs including the Annual Report will be distributed by Friday 30 October 2026.
