Super Photon looked ready to bounce back to form in the open 1400 at Te Rapa on Saturday when working on good stye on the front sand at Cambridge on Tuesday morning.

The Stepen Marsh-trained gelding looked good completing his last 600m in 40.9. Super Photon has shown good ability previously, winning five of his 21 starts, and two of those at Te Rapa.

Bassoroc completed 1000m in 1:09.6 and 41 for the 600m, while Dramatic Miss ran 1000m in 1:10, home in 41.1

In easier assignments, Assassina clocked 43 for her last 600 of 1000m, while Bright Thoughts ran the concluding 600m in 42.8, Allthekingshorses was timed from the 600 in 42.1 and Jamaican Boy ran the last 600m of his second round in 39.9.

Lady Impending ran the last 600m of 1000m 40.9, and Los Salsero completed similar work recording 40.9 for the last 600m. Lady Iris was timed from the 1000m in 1:09.9, the last 600m in 40.9.

Tauranga Friday runner Ocean Opal was held together nicely to finish her work in 41.8, while Sexy And I Moet did Similar work, coming home in 42.

On the back sand, Wedding Belle, from the James/Wellwood yard, worked from the 1200 in 1:24, home in 39.5. She was followed by stablemate To The Max, who clocked 37.9 at the end of 1400m.

Kenwood House, who has finished second in his last two starts, completed the final 600m of his 1200m gallop in 42.2. The Simon Rees-trained pair So Like Zee and Dare You worked home together in 38.4.

The Mailman was timed from the 600m in 42, The Giggler completed a nice working gallop with 600m in 39.4, I’m No Angel returned 42 and stablemate Raymond worked home in 42.5.

Confectionist, working from the 1100, came home in 42.6. Mulan Ardeche was sent from the 1000m, coming home the last 600m 41.4. In similar work Erin Go Bragh ran her final 600m in 41. Last-start winner Andiamo looked good running her last 600m in 41.9.
